After checking out many of the available buildings in North Tulsa, ESF has selected a prospective site and begun negotiations for the location that meets the following criteria (in no particular order):
Easy Access (public transportation, nearby highway on-ramp, truck/forklift friendly)
Sufficient Square footage for warehouse, work spaces, classrooms, office and retail space.
That site is 6000 square feet (3000 warehouse + 3000 office/retail) in Northland Center. Which occupyies the 500 Block of 36th Street North. (Neighbor For Neighbor’s shopping center)
It is ESF’s intention not to ask to sign the lease until it can guarantee it has at least 1 years rent in hand. ($30.000)
