Compensation Arrangements pending approval by ESF Board Of Directors
Staff (currently including executive director) |
$12.50/hr + Paid Medical + 1 week /Year Paid Vacation (may enroll in education escrow as payroll expense) |
Trainees |
$7.25/hr + Paid Medical + Education Escrow @ $1/hr |
Board Of Directors & Officers |
Volunteer Position, no official compensation. May receive incidental compensation (food or refreshments at official functions) May receive compensation for expenses occurring in the pursuit of ESF’s Mission. |
Volunteer Teachers |
Volunteer Position, no official compensation. May receive incidental compensation (food or refreshments at official functions) May receive compensation for expenses occurring in the pursuit of ESF’s Mission. (supplies, transportation expenses) |
Paid Instructors |
Must be able to issue certification at end of instruction. Rate of Pay must be market average. |
Additional Compensations, especially those based on performance and years of service may be arranged at a future time, if budgetary conditions allow.
At no time will any staff member’s pay ever exceed more then 2 times the compensation package of a Trainee.
At no time will the executive director’s total compensation package exceed 2 times the compensation package of a Staff member.
At no time will the executive director’s total compensation package be allowed to exceed 1% of gross revenue.
No person may receive any merchandise or service from ESF without paying the same price a member of the general public (or qualified discount applicant) would pay for such an item/service. This amount will be determined by someone other then the recipient.
