Q: Where can I buy electronics from ESF?
A: You can shop directly at our online storefront powered by Square: https://esf-resale.square.site. Items are first-come, first-served and must be picked up locally unless otherwise stated.
Q: How often is inventory updated?
A: Inventory is updated throughout the week as items are processed and tested. Check back often or follow us on Facebook for featured items.
Q: Do you offer shipping?
A: Most of our items are for local pickup only. We occasionally offer shipping for select items — if shipping is available, it will be noted in the product description.
Q: Where are your auctions hosted?
A: Our auctions are hosted at https://shop.electronicsynergy.org. Items are listed for a limited time, and the highest bidder at close wins the item.
Q: How do I bid?
A: Click on an auction item, log in or create a bidding account, and enter your bid. Our system uses a proxy bidding feature, meaning it will automatically place bids on your behalf up to your set maximum limit.
Q: What is overtime bidding?
A: Overtime bidding prevents last-second "sniping." If someone places a bid within 5 minutes of an auction ending, the auction will automatically extend by another 5 minutes. This can happen multiple times until no more bids are placed during the final 5-minute window.
Q: What happens if I win?
A: You’ll receive a confirmation email with a payment link. Once payment is received, we’ll arrange pickup at our Tulsa location.
Q: I didn’t get my end-of-auction email. What should I do?
